Tape Waves from Charleston, South Carolina are following 2016’s Here to Fade with a new album, Distant Light, on June 6 via Bleeding Gold Records (US) and 2670records (Japan).
The new track, “Daisy”, is out now, and it’s very promising. Tape Waves’s dream pop is shiny, simple, and summery, an ideal soundtrack for a walk by the ocean (as Kim Hart Weldin from the band does in the video for the song).
