Darkest Dreams is the fifth album by the Hamburg duo Kraków Loves Adana, which is filled with space synthesizers, otherworldly guitar textures and dark lyrics that go together perfectly well, capturing a stunning, hauntingly celestial magic.
On this record the band shifts deeper from the dream pop into the gloomy darkwave, not losing themselves on the way. Quite possibly, this is their best album to date, which will only reveal its complexities after repeated listens.
