Back in May Tim Burgess released brilliant I Love The New Sky, and now he is following it up with the brand new EP Ascent Of The Ascended.
It is out November 27 via Bella Union and will consist of 6 songs — two brand new numbers and four tracks recorded earlier this year in New York City as a live session for Paste magazine, one of which is a new version of “The Only One I Know” by Burgess’s band The Charlatans.
Speaking of the new ones, “Yours. To Be” was already released earlier and today Tim is sharing the second track “The Ascent of the Ascended”, an instant classic which comes along with the beautiful video, directed by Tim Pope.
