Sourface is an Anglo-Parisian quartet that blends diverse musical genres such as new wave, surf rock, psychedelia, funk and electronic music into their sound.
Known for their eclectic and offbeat style, the band returned with the brand new single “Solaire”, a playful ode to the sun and its power as both a giver and destroyer of life.
Presented as a manifesto of sorts (the track offers a prelude for the forthcoming narrative saga The Eternal Summer), it is an excellent example of Sourface’s ability to mix styles into an irresistible hook-laden song. It is also out with the equally surreal and fun music video, directed by Jurskuu.
