Today Amsterdam’s The Klittens share the second preview of their forthcoming new EP Butter (due out on March 8). Titled “Reading Material”, it is a radiant track that bathes listeners in a warm glow from the very first notes. The song kicks off with a blend of jangly guitars and buoyant percussion, instantly pleasing and becoming a true earworm. It is also accompanied by a playful music video, created by the band.
The Klittens will return to the UK in a couple of days for some headline shows and a 6-date triple Dutch tour with their friends Personal Trainer and Real Farmer (as part of Independent Venue Week).
They have also announced an EP release show in Amsterdam for March, with the vinyl for Butter exclusively available in person from the band on the night. Find all the dates on Instagram.
