Half a year following the launch of their first single, London’s test plan revealed their new song/music video “Walking in a Vacuum”. Self-released by the band, it’s an energetic and punchy roar of independent music.

Blending intense guitar-driven chaos and rhythmic power, the single explores the themes of repression and evasion amidst life’s challenges. It is a relentless and dissonant sonic journey that demonstrates the trio’s knack for pushing boundaries in the noise rock and dance punk genres.

If you like your punk rock noisy, take notice of test plan, a new London trio who are sharing their debut single “So Bored at Your Squat Rave” today.

Musicians are marrying their visceral and raw energy with the danceable grooves, creating a sound that is both chaotic and rhythmic, assaulting and captivating.

Lyrically, the track weaves a dark concoction of dissatisfaction and paranoia, as drummer/vocalist Max Mason explains: “This song explores a character angry at the environment around them, the people, the drugs and how they feel. The ‘Squat Rave’ serves as a metaphorical vessel in the lyrics as a means for the character to direct their fear and anger”.
