[video] W. H. Lung – High Pressure Days

W. H. Lung return with “High Pressure Days”, their version of a 1979 track by San Francisco synth-punk outfit The Units. Manchester group did a great tribute, blending vintage and contemporary sounds with catchy lyrics and danceable grooves.

It beautifully encapsulates the essence of the band’s musical style and thematic content and hopefully they are preparing to release more new stuff soon. The song is paired with the fun music video, directed by Craig McLaughlin.

[album] W. H. Lung – Vanities

In between the release of their first and second albums, there have been some changes for British group W. H. Lung, but the end product of their hard work proves just how talented they are.

Vanities keeps the same infectious spirit as 2019’s Incidental Music but is presented in a more direct, fun, extroverted form. Every song on the LP is a true hit and some of them are true dancefloor diamonds.
