After debuting with Silver As It Was Before EP this spring, Thomas Cohen (S.C.U.M) shares one more release with the listeners as Sylph before the year ends.
Titled Ancient Hole, it features 4 stunning electronic pieces — collaborations with Regis, Simon Shreeve, Terence Fixmer, Nicolas Bougaïef, and Anni Hogan. Released through Mute & The Vinyl Factory, the album is available on transparent amber 140g coloured 12″ vinyl.

Back in March, William Doyle has released his masterful sophomore LP Great Spans of Muddy Time, and now we are treated with an extra EP that includes 4 additional tracks.
The songs were created from the sketches that were done when the artist was recording the album, but despite the fact that they were crafted during the same time, he says that they have been taken in a different, more current direction. Based on this, the EP perhaps can be viewed as a bridge between the Great Spans of Muddy Time and the next record.
Judging by the marvelous three originals and beautiful Robyn Hitchcock cover (“Autumn Is Your Last Chance”), Doyle is truly blossoming creatively at the moment, and we already cannot wait for his next release.

The festive season is approaching us, and Los Campesinos! have decided to re-release their cult Christmas EP (it was originally out in 2014) on cassette. Only 666 copies were manufactured, so make sure to get yours now — it is an absolutely necessary holiday listening material.
All profits gathered from the sales will be donated, split between the Wallich (Welsh homeless and rough sleeping charity) and Refuge (helping women and children against domestic violence).

LA-based artist and musician Riki continues mastering her take on cold but very lively 80s synth pop on her fresh album Gold, out now through Dais Records.
The new release was recorded with Telefon Tel Aviv founder Josh Eustis and is built around abstract lyrical themes, which go together with marvelous and danceable melodies — Riki is able to transform each song into an atmospheric synthesizer anthem.
